一、Load Characteristics

This load is a quadratic torque load; its power P has a cubic relationship with the speed N; the load is generally light, and it can be applied by using an inverter with the same power or reduced power.

1. It has constant water supply pressure, fast PID dynamic response, high stability and reliability.

2. PID debugging is simple and convenient, and has protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating.

四、Matters Needing Attention

1. Select a pressure gauge with a suitable range for the user, and pay attention to the calculation when setting the given parameters of F9-01PID value: If the maximum range of the pressure gauge is 1.6MP, and it is required to stop and sleep at 0.4MP, then F9-01=25.0% (0.4÷1.6= 0.25).

2. Confirm the running direction of the motor. The power line and output line should not be broken or exposed. Pay attention to moisture-proof to ensure the safety of electricity use.
